"Angel's Garden is in a beautiful location, the hospitality was wonderful, and the food delicious - all local, tasty, with lots of variety............There was ample time between the 2 daily yoga sessions to enjoy the trips and activities on offer, or to simply cool off in the pool, and take it easy. I particularly enjoyed visiting the
Lycian City of Phyaselis (set in a stunning bay),
shopping in a local market, and indulging in a scrub and massage at the on-site hammam. My yoga practise really benefited from the week, and I made more progress than I could have thought possible. All in all, I felt like at least 2 holidays in just the one week, and I plan to return for more!"

" I have visited Angels Gardens for the last two years to practise Iyengar yoga with Brenda and fully intend to return again this year. Not only have these intensive yoga weeks really helped me to improve my yoga asanas but I have also enjoyed the whole Angels Gardens holiday experience and have made some new friends too!"

"Thanks so much Brenda, really appreciate the effort and love that you put into the week."

"I would like to say a big thank you for another great week at Angels Gardens. Thank you so much for all your time and patience- I learnt a lot! I believe it will be very beneficial in my practice.
Thank you so much again."

"Thank you very much for organising a great yoga retreat. I really enjoyed the week!"

"Thanks for a great week in Turkey, I feel so much better as a result."

"Thanks for a brilliant week at Angels Gardens"

I had a wonderful time at Angels Gardens every time I went for the yoga retreat with Brenda. She is a great yoga teacher. I enjoyed the classes she facilitated as well as discussions we had during the practice.
Last year there was also a Tibetan doctor Brenda invited. We were privileged to participate in his lectures and a workshop on Tibetan medicine which were fascinating. He also offered  treatments that were of an outstanding standard and had positive impact on my overall wellbeing.
The location of the place is fantastic! Surrounded by the mountains and walking distance to the sea it is a perfect place for a retreat.
Staff of Angels Gardens made us feel homely. They are friendly, always happy to help and cook delicious food!
Thank you all for making my stay at Angels Gardens unforgetable!"

"Brenda's yoga retreats in Turkey are always brilliant. The setting is peaceful with plenty of sites, beautiful coastline and the food at Angels Gardens is delicious. Also the Tibetan medicine treatments on this most recent retreat were incredibly powerful. I'd highly recommend doing both the yoga and Tibetan medicine on this truly relaxing and holistic healing retreat."

Angels’ Garden – the name says it all. Sit in the garden full of bright red pomegranates, by the pool or high on a tree platform to relax after one of Brenda’s classes that stimulate and refresh both body and mind. Super teaching, invigorating in the morning and restorative in the evening. Dr Passang gives fascinating incites into Tibetan medicine and all benefit from his individual treatments. Take a short ride (or walk) to the wonderful ancient ruins of Olympos, through which you walk to swim in the warm sea watched over by the high peaks of Mount Olympos. It is all a fabulous experience.

Olympos has a beautiful beach with Greek ruins which you can explore and there are cafes and shops for you to browse around.

Adrasan has a sandy beach with nearby river cafes which look delightful at night when they are lit up.

Phaesilis: This is an ancient Greek port with ruins that are impressive with a brilliant example of an amphitheatre and a Greek high street, with Greek baths and some beautiful mosaics.

There are small bays in which you can swim and the sea is extremely warm and clear.

Boat trip: The highlight of the week for many is the boat trip. You catch the boat at Olympos and you are taken out for the day. The boat will anchor in small bays in which you can swim and it is a chance to go to places which are otherwise inaccessible. Your lunch is cooked for you on the boat. It is a superb way to spend the day.

Fire mountain: The Chimera [or fire mountain] is well worth checking out. It is a mountain with its own natural gas! You can make your own fire and apparently this is where the original Olympic torch was lit in ancient times.

Kumluca market: Friday is market day at nearby Kumluca where local produce is brought to town. If you would like to experience an authentic Turkish market and buy some delicious produce to take home then this is the place to go. You can buy wonderful dried fruits and nuts as well as baclava to eat. This is a popular trip with many of the students.
